Rather than being expressed as a single large building mass the architecture seeks to give the appearance of three separate buildings facing three different streets.

The design is based on a typology of “residential apartment block” (i.e with one façade facing one street), rather than “office block” with multiple façades.

This affords greater opportunity to create an appropriate and more domestic sense of address to each major street as well as to break down overall scale and apparent mass.
